Located on Route 50 at Elm Street, Ocean City, Maryland, across from the new Ocean City Factory Outlets, The Francis Scott Key offers a Country Club atmosphere just a half mile from the beach and boardwalk. Although convenient to beach activity, our motel is a welcome relief from the traffic and noise of the city. Located in north Ocean City, we're on the ocean block with no major streets to cross to the beach and we are convenient to the City's Northside Park recreation complex. The park has facilities for many outdoor and indoor sports, including softball and soccer, and hosts numerous tournaments yearly. Sunday summer concerts in the park are free. The jogging paths are transformed each winter into the City's now famous dazzling "Winterfest of Lights."

Enjoy the beauty of the bay and wildlife as we feed the ducks. They love our corn. Walk to Fager's Island, Hall's Family Restaurant or Windows on the Bay Restaurant. We are also located next to the Ocean City Health and Racquet Club. Sail on the bay or, if you prefer, watch the colorful sails from your bay balcony. Explore Ocean City by foot or by city bus. Shopping is a fun-filled experience at Ocean City's many shops from souvenirs and tee shirts to the fashionable boutiques there is shopping for every taste.
